Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a sheet material capable of surely absorbing and flocculating liquid excrement to prohibit the leakage of the excrement outside, removing the malodor generated from the excrement, sterilizing generated bacteria and maintaining the surface part in a dry state.
CONSTITUTION: This sheet material is composed of a liquid permeable front surface material 1, an absorbent material 2 formed by impregnating a non-woven fabric or woven fabric with animal bone powder or applying or kneading this powder on or into these fabrics and a flacculating material 3 consisting of a polymer flocculant.
