Title:
SHEET-PILE MENDING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5871022
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable a scraper tip to acsend and to make it possible to remove deposits away from a sheet-pile, by arranging a rectangular parallelopiped floating member along a rectangular parallelopiped floating member along a rectangular parallelopiped body which is set so as to incline at a specified angle to a working surfce, and by fitting the scraper tip to the floating member through a bracket.

CONSTITUTION: A sheet-pile mending machine is set so that the machine is held to incline at an angle θ2 of 15W17 deg. with respect to the working surface 14 of a sheet- pile 14 which is moving in the direction of C. The tip end 6 of a scraper tip 5 which is set at an angle θ1 of 90 deg. with respect to the working surface 14, effectively removes deposits 15 which are removable. Meanwhile, when the scraper tip 5 encounters fixed members which are unremovable, the scraper tip 5 ascends to evade the fixed members. That is, a floating member 3 provided with a bracket 4 is so arranged that it may extend and reteact between the forward end of a rectangular parallelopiped body 1 and a space part 8 therein. When the fixed members are encountered by the scraper tip 5, the floating body 3 moves in the direction of D, overcoming the force of a spring 10, so that the tip end 6 of the scraper tip 5 ascends in the direction A. Accordingly, the tip end 6 moves in the direction of A for acsending only by 1cm. to evade the fixed member when the height of the fixed member is 1cm.
