PURPOSE: To improve printing properties and to obtain excellent abrasion resistance by using an ultraviolet curable resin as the resin of a protective layer.
CONSTITUTION: A magnetic layer, a metal vapor deposition layer and a protective layer are successively provided to a base material and an ultraviolet curable resin is used as the resin of the protective layer. Or, the magnetic layer is provided to the single surface of the base material and at least the metal vapor deposition layer and the protective layer are successively provided to the opposite surface thereof and the ultraviolet curable resin is used as the resin of the protective layer. As the ultraviolet curable resin, by using a prepolymer with an MW of 10000 or less, high speed printing properties and abrasion resistance can be simultaneously improved. As the ultraviolet curable prepolymer with an MW of 10000 or less, epoxy acrylate, polyester acrylate and urethane acrylate type ones are pref.
