Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a shielding device for a circuit unit, in which heat from a heat-generating electronic part on a printed circuit board is conducted well through a shielding case and radiated effectively outward from the shielding case.
CONSTITUTION: A shielding-case cover 3b opposite to a face of a printed circuit board 1 has a metallic spring plate 6. A heat conductive metallic plate 9 is joined to the inside face of the metallic spring plate 6. The heat conductive metallic plate 9 is tightly put in contact with a heat-generating electronic part 2.
