Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce engine rotating speed so as to suppress an outside vehicle noise level within an allowable level without generating the shortage of accelerating feeling by restricting reaching input rotating speed to an upper limit holding a shift constant as a schedule so as to suppress the outside vehicle noise level within an allowable level.
SOLUTION: When an advance accelerating flag is 0, a previous time is a non-accelerating condition (a step 34), and a throttle opening is a kick down of a setting opening or more (a step 35), if a reaching transmission gear ratio is a high side less than a setting value (a step 37), and a target shift value is a high side less than a setting value (a step 38), it is judged that there is a possibility for occurring of raising of engine rotating speed such that an outside vehicle noise level exceeds an allowable level. The reaching input rotating speed is restricted to an outside vehicle noise level allowable upper limit (a step 45). It is thus possible to realize reduction of noise while avoiding such failure that an accelerating feeling is dissatisfied.
