This shock absorbing suspension device for a wheel has a vehicle body connecting member 22 fixed to the vehicle body, a wheel connecting member 24 fixed to the wheel and a plate-like oscillating link having a high rigidity connected to both connecting members, and one end of the oscillating link is connected the vehicle body connecting member and the other end of the oscillating link is connected to the wheel connecting member through a resilient deformation member made of synthetic resin.
