Abstract:
To provide a shoe brush constituted by combining pig hair and leather, and also to provide a manufacturing method of the shoe brush.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a shoe brush includes: a process in which a slender part of pig hair 2 is cut off only by a prescribed length, with a half of the cut pig hair bundle vertically reversely mixed well; a process in which the pig hair bundle is tightly wrapped around and bound for a prescribed number of turns with a first thread 3 impregnated with an adhesive 4 and in which the bound first thread is coated with an adhesive and hardened; a process in which the adhesive 4 is further coated vertically in a prescribed range from the place bound with the first thread in the pig hair bundle, with the bundle wrapped with heavy paper 5 over the adhesive when the adhesive starts to dry, and in which the bundle is further wrapped around for a prescribed number of turns and bound with the first thread over the heavy paper; and a process in which the pig hair bundle is stuck with a bottom plate 7 in the bottom face with the adhesive, in which leather 8 is wrapped around in a manner covering the peripheral face over the heavy paper and the first thread, and in which the ends of the leather are sewn together with a second thread 9 that is stronger than the first thread.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
