Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title shoe, which is hard so slip on a rocky tract to which seaweed and the like adhere, is made nonslip even on a plane surface of granite, concrete or the like, does not suffer thrusting-up impact, is easy to walk in and does not damage a surface to be treaded.

CONSTITUTION: The objective shoe 1 has an outsole 2 having a heel part 21 and a sole part 22 which consists of a shank part 23, a rear sole part 24 and a front sole part 25. For the outsole 2, a number of draining-slits 3a in the shape of successive waves or saws are formed on its tread. The outsole 2 has slip-preventing blocks 3 with rubber-like elasticity, rigid projections 4 having rubber-like elasticity which are more projecting than this slip-preventing blocks 3, and flexible projections 5 having rubber-like elasticity which projects as much as this rigid projections 4 in height. The slip-preventing blocks 3, the solid projections 4 and the flexible projections 5 are properly located so as to meet a surface to be treaded.
