Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable one worker to perform a welding work throughout by causing a truck to travel, heating and fusing the opposite side of a joint with a heating burner, and rolling the upper surface of the joint with a pressing roller.
SOLUTION: A truck 1 is moved along the outer periphery of the joint of a waterproofing sheet on the operation of a travel lever 6 having an operation handle 12. Also, a flame is jetted from the nozzle of a heating burner 8, thereby heating and fusing opposite surface between the reverse side of an upper waterproofing sheet periphery lifted with a scooping member 22 and the upper surface of a lower waterproofing sheet periphery. In this case, a flame shading plate 25 shuts out a flame rebounding from open space across the opposite surfaces. Then, a pressing roller 28 is used to roll the upper surface of the joint. As a result, a work over a process from the heating and fusion of the joint to pressing and welding can be executed by one worker.
