To recognize a crowded state of a barber/beauty shop by watching a signal device installed outside the shop.

The barber/beauty shop management system is provided with a plurality of information input terminals which are installed in the shop, transmit and output information inputted by input of information by a key operation as data, the signal device which is installed outside the shop and is lit in a plurality of different colors, a controller having a function for controlling the devices, processing and storing various kinds of information, a processing means by which the controller accepts data transmission from the information input terminals, memorizes and stores the data when various kinds of data are inputted in the information input terminals and a processing means by which the controller controls lighting colors of the signal device according to the data to be inputted in the controller and the crowded state in the shop is visually recognized by difference of the lighting colors of the signal device.
