Abstract:
To form a cool air protection air curtain to protect a cool-air air curtain by using low-temperature air close to a floor surface in a store, and also to prevent generation of a cold aisle by using warm air on a ceiling side in the store.SOLUTION: Downward blowing ducts 10 and an upward blowing duct 11 are formed on a rear surface side of a show case body 3 and extended in a vertical direction. Lower horizontal ducts 13 are connected to lower ends of the downward blowing ducts, and an upper horizontal duct 15 is connected to a distal end of the upward blowing duct. Downward blowing fans 12 are driven to allow warm air on a ceiling side of a store to be sucked and blown out from distal ends of the lower horizontal ducts, thereby to prevent generation of a cold aisle on a front surface side of the show case body. An upward blowing fan 14 is driven to suck low-temperature air on a rear surface side of the show case body from suction ports 17, thereby to form a low-temperature cool air protection air curtain for covering a cool-air air curtain.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
