The steam generator 100 separated from the storage chamber 11 hygienically makes it hard for the waste or the like of the merchandise product in the storage chamber 11 to intrude into the steam generator 100, and the steam generator 100 of pressure type blows the steam 85 from the steam nozzle 81 into the storage chamber 11, and the condition in the storage chamber 11 is further uniformized.
