This device is provided with a temperature varying means 14 varying the temperature of hot water to be discharged from a discharging means 11 and a hot water temperature setting means 22 setting the changing state of a hot water temperature varied by the means 14. The means 22 raises the shower temperature from a desired temperature set by the shower bathing person to a prescribed temperature higher than the desired temperature and after keeping the prescribed temperature for a prescribed period, automatically lowers it to the desired temperature to keep for a prescribed period. Thus, circulation can be forwarded by raising the temperature of a human body.
