PURPOSE: To enable washing and combing hair, and allow the optional control of shower diffusion or concentration by providing a tubular brush-shaped projection having an outlet hole of circular or inverted teardrop form at a shower blow outlet, and fitting a rubber skirt around the blow outlet.

CONSTITUTION: Each of rather thick brush-shaped projections 2 is tubular and shower is sprinkled from shower blow outlets of circular form 2.1 or teardrop form 2.2 directed inward. When the sharp ends of the brush-shaped projections 2 are strongly pressed or clogged in use, water supply holes 4 open and shower comes out of the roots of the projections 2. In addition, as a shower outlet 1 is fitted with a rubber skirt 7, unnecessary splashing is prevented. Furthermore, when a shower head is used in close contact with hair or skin, shower out of the the outlet 1 can be used for washing the hair or skin while shower is being stirred in the rubber skirt 7. Also, a screw type switch 9 or a slide switch is operated with the forefinger or fingertip of one hand for continuously changing the projection and recess of the surface of the outlet 1, thereby enabling diffusing or concentrating sprinkled shower optionally.
