PURPOSE: To restore physical and metal fatigue scientifically with a display of time of use and physical condition data by a method wherein physical condition data of a user is input to store, his fatigue state is estimated to control a discharge value and water discharging condition of a shower and the temperature of a hot water feeder to the shower is regulated.
CONSTITUTION: A start switch 3d is turned ON, data such as subjective symptom of a user, physical condition, blood pressure, heart rate, cardiogram are inputted into a fatigue state estimating means 2 from physical data input means to store 2a and a fatigue state is estimated with a CPU 2b to output. A shower control means 4 stores 4c the fatigue state and opens or closes valves 3a-3c through a valve control section 4b with a CPU 4a to discharge water in various patterns. In addition, a hot water supply control means 6 stores 6d the fatigue state and an output of a temperature sensor 3e to control a hot water supply device 5 with control parts 6b and 6c with the regulation of amounts of a gas and air by a CPU 6a. The time of use and the physical condition of the user are shown by a display means 7 thereby enabling efficient removal of fatigue scientifically.
