To provide a shrinkable label which is eco-friendly since the label is composed of a polylactic acid-based polymer derived from a vegetable material, and shows an improvement in shrinking workability, productivity and finishing.
The shrinkable label includes a shrinkable film having at least one layer of a film layer (layer A) composed of the polylactic acid-based polymer as an essential component and a print layer, wherein a thermal shrinkage ratio is 3 to 23% in the major orientation direction after 1 second from a start of thermal shrinkage in 75°C warm water, and a thermal shrinkage ratio is 40 to 84% in the major orientation direction after 10 second at 90°C, and wherein the maximum thermal shrinkage velocity is 7 to 40%/sec in the major orientation direction in 75°C warm water, and the thermal shrinkage ratio is 40 to 84% in the major orientation direction after 10 second at 90°C.
