To provide a shutter for a camera which can be applied to the different specification of the camera just by putting a spring put on the aperture regulating member of a shutter blade by reversing its energizing direction.
The aperture regulating member 5 is energized to rotate counterclockwise by the spring 6, and one end of the spring 6 is brought into contact with a spring receiving part 1f so as to keep its initial position. When the shutter blades 3 and 4 are actuated in such a state, an aperture part 1a is totally opened. When the member 5 is rotated clockwise against the energizing force of the spring 6, the abutting part 3b of the blade 3 abuts on a regulating part 5d and the blade 3 is stopped in the midst of opening actuation. In the case of rotating the member 5 counterclockwise according to the specification of the camera, the abutting part 3c of the blade 3 abuts on the regulating part 5d and the blade 3 is stopped in the midst of opening actuation by putting the spring 6 so that the energizing force thereof may be reversed.
