PURPOSE: To obtain the effects of increase of discharging air volume as well as the reduction of noise by a method wherein a shutter, opened by air pressure, is avoided from hindering discharging air upon being opened.
CONSTITUTION: A shutter 26 is formed so as to have a bent configuration along the inner surface of a ventilating port body 23 upon being opened to avoid from hindering discharging air such as the case of a flat plate. On the other hand, in the ventilating port body 23 having a conical tapered part, a part, positioned at more forward space than the tapered part of the shutter 26 upon being opened, is formed so as to be expanded by an angle, corresponding to the taper angle of the tapered part, or an angle, substantially corresponding to the taper angle or more, whereby hindering of discharging air by the shutter not only by the tapered part of the ventilating port body but also by a part positioned at the forward part of the tip end of the tapered part can be avoided. Further, a covering plate, covering from the inlet port side rim of said ventilating port body to the inlet port side rim of the shutter 26 under opened condition, is provided at the inlet port side of the ventilating port body 23 to preclude the entering of discharging air between the shutter 26 and the inner surface of the ventilating port body when the shutter 26 is opened.
