本開示は、サイドリンクリソース特定方法及び機器を提供し、前記方法は、プリセット情報及びプリセットパラメータのうち少なくとも１つに基づいて、候補サイドリンクＳＬリソースから、ターゲットＳＬサービスに対するターゲットＳＬリソースを特定することを包含し、前記プリセット情報には、前記端末機器のＵｕインターフェイスに用いるリソースの関連情報と、前記ターゲットＳＬリソースを搬送するキャリアの属性とのうち、何れか１つが含まれ、前記プリセットパラメータには、前記候補ＳＬリソースの利用率及び前記候補ＳＬリソースの通信品質パラメータのうち、少なくとも１つが含まれる。【選択図】 図１
