To provide a side panel structure of a vehicle capable of preventing any temporary dent of an outer shell caused by the temperature change.
An expansion member along the longitudinal direction of a vehicle body is provided between a plurality of pillar members provided at a predetermined spacing in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body along the vertical direction of the vehicle body and an outer shell. A spring member is interposed between the expansion member and the pillar members. The outer shell is expanded outward of the vehicle by the spring force of the spring member. A stopper part for preventing downward movement of the expansion member is provided on the pillar members, and a contact part of the expansion member with the outer shell is fixed with an adhesive to constitute a side panel structure.
