PURPOSE: To absorb the errors of component parts and the irregularity of accuracy and accurately synchronize a passing type with a corresponding signal, by supporting the timing detection disc of a timing detector so that the installation angle of the disc to a driving shaft can be adjusted.
CONSTITUTION: A cam 116 integrated with the cam shaft 103 of a timing detector for applying type selection timing during a type wheel selection period and a timing detection disc 115 having type signal generation perforated holes 1151 and a motor stop signal generating perforated hole 1152 along the peripheral edge of the disc are provided. A fitting screw insertion arc-shaped hole 1153 is opened in the detection disc 115. A screw 1154 is inserted into the hole 1153 to secure the detection disc 115 on a side of the cam 116 so that the installation angle of the disc to the cam can be adjusted. The factors of the errors of the detection disc 115, gears, etc. are absorbed by the adjustment to correct the errors. After the adjustment, the screw 1154 is tightened to integrally couple the detection disc 115 with the cam 116.
