To improve performance of a signal luminaire of such type by avoiding erroneous recognition so as to prevent substantial pseudo light as if a signal luminaire were lit.
A reflection mirror is provided as a rotary elliptical face reflection mirror 3 of which a light source 2 is disposed at one focus F1, and at the other focus F2 of this rotary elliptical face reflection mirror 3 this luminaire 1 is so constituted as to make parallel light beams incident on an outer lens 5 via an inner lens 4 having a focus F3, and whereby an area of the reflection mirror 3 is enabled to be extremely smaller than the area of the outer lens 5. Thus, outer light intruded into this luminaire 1 reduces a rate reflected by the reflection mirror 3 so as to prevent pseudo lighting or reduce degree thereof.
