Abstract:
To provide a signal processing method that can detect a signal component having periodicity included in a signal of a processing object without performing envelope processing.SOLUTION: A signal processing method comprises: a processing object signal generation step that generates a processing object signal being a time series signal, on the basis of a source signal being a time series signal corresponding to a physical amount which is generated in a steady state of an object; and a correlation signal generation step that generates a correlation signal being a time series signal, by performing correlation filter processing between a template signal being a time series signal which is generated on the basis of the source signal, and the processing object signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
