The signal processor for a DBF antenna device is provided with a plurality of signal processing units 8 provided in each antenna element 1 of an array antenna having a plurality of antenna elements 1 to convert a received signal of each antenna element 1 into a baseband signal and subsequently execute beam synthesis processing, serial ports 7 for sequentially making connection between the signal processing units 8, and data transfer controller 12 respectively provided in the plurality of signal processing units 8 to control the transmission and reception of the baseband signal through the serial port 7 on the basis of multiplexing information and transmission and reception destination information determined in accordance with the baseband signal.
