PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impedance controlled signal transmission path that can be readily realized, and a signal processing apparatus suitable for the signal transmission path.SOLUTION: A signal transmission path 1 includes a first cable 11, a second cable 12, and a distance control member 13. The first cable line 11 includes a plurality of signal lines 111 to 116 arranged in parallel in one direction. The second cable 12 includes a plurality of signal lines 121 to 126 arranged in parallel in one direction and is stacked on the first cable 11. The distance control member 13 forms a specific distance predetermined between the first cable 11 and the second cable 12 in the stacking direction of the first cable 11 and the second cable 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
