Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a system for transmitting the state of a moving type freight car accelerating and decelerating apparatus onto ground, with which the reliability of signal transmission is increased without using grounding S phase readily subject to the disconnection of pounder due to such cause as snow and rain but using an R-T phase less subject to the disconnection.
