To provide a simple monitor recording device capable of being mounted on a vehicle having no monitor device, laying a transmission twist pair cable between vehicles as a means for receiving necessary information from each equipment installed in each vehicle by a monitor recording device, and collecting information of necessary action signals to the monitor device by transmission, by preparing an interface unit matching with each input condition and then connecting to an interface with each equipment.

A power source module 11 supplies the electric power of the whole of a monitor recording device, and supplies DC24V into the monitor recording device 1 by battery voltage. A CPU module 12 controls the monitor recording device 1. Data collecting information from each equipment installed in a vehicle are processed by the CPU module 12. An interface module 13 carries out transmission with the interface unit installed in the vehicle, and collects the information from each equipment in the vehicle to the monitor recording device by transmission. A memory module 14 records data after processing the information processed by the CPU module 12. A local area network communication module 15 is an interface portion for outputting the data recorded in the memory module 14 to a read-out apparatus 16. In case that the data is read out by the read-out apparatus 16, a read-out cable 17 is connected between the local area network communication module 15 and the read-out apparatus 16.
