To provide a simulation program, a simulation method and a simulation device capable of flexibly responding to a dynamic environmental change while efficiently learning the knowledge of a skilled person.
A simulation part 103 simulates a case by use of an optimization processing procedure with a preset knowledge parameter, and a simulation result display part 310 displays the simulation result of the simulation. A correction acceptance part 403 accepts a correction by a skilled person for the displayed simulation result, and a parameter resetting part 107 resets the knowledge parameter by learning the accepted correction content. The simulation part 103 re-simulates the case by use of the optimization processing procedure with the knowledge parameter reset by the parameter resetting part 107.
