PURPOSE: To listen to the speaking contents of a reporter of emergency call 119 and a command handling person at respective stations before a regular command concerning the system for commanding the stations base on the report of 119-th telephone number emergency call.

CONSTITUTION: A commander handling person at a handling person circuit 3 speaks with the reporter of the emergency call 119 selected through a line link frame 2 on the side of a '119' trunk and transmits a command through a line link frame 8 on the side of a command trunk 7 to a selected station terminal. At such a commander, the handling person circuit 3 is provided with switches 31 and 32 and the commander handling person can select one from among speaking with a '119' line 10, regular command to a command line 20 and broadcasting to the command line 20 for speaking with the reporter of the emergency call 119 at the '119' line 10. By operating the switches 31 and 32, a simultaneous command is enabled for broadcasting the contents of speaking between the reporter of the emergency call 119 and the commander handling person from the station terminal in real-time.
