PURPOSE: To reduce the generating amount of sludge and to decrease the cost for treating the waste fluid, by using the mixed and neutralized liquid obtained from the waste fluid of acid and alkali washing containing a chelating agent as the pH regulating agent for the waste fluid from plating after the generated slurry has been removed from the above liquid.
