To prevent a wheel from being one-sided to the outer track side when a rolling stock is running over a curved rail road, and reduce non- suspended weight.
An axial spring 13a or (13b) is rested over a bearing box 12a or (12b) at both the ends of an axle to which a right and left wheel 11a are integrally fitted, so that the load of a rolling stock is thereby directly supported. An elastic pin 15 is set up in parallel with the axial direction of the axle, and a lever 16 is provided, both the ends of which are positioned vertically. One end side of each one side link 18a or (18b), and 19a or (19b) is so connected with both the ends of the lever 16 as to be freely rotated in the direction perpendicularly intersected with the axis by way of pins 17, and 20 and 21. The other end side of each one side link 18a or (18b) is combined with a car body 14a supporting the load of the rolling stock, and the other end of each one side link 19a or (19b) is combined with a car body 14b. A right and left moving damper 22 restraining its right and left movement and a stopper device, are provided at least for a space between a bearing 12a or (12b) and the car body 14.
