Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide the title boot with which the position of the center of gravity of the foot corresponding to the technical skill of a skier and the conditions of ski slopes can be selected, by a method wherein the heel part thereof is made adjustable for its height.

CONSTITUTION: In the title boot putting an inner boot 4 in an outer shell 3 formed of a shell body 1 and a leg part 2, a height-adjusting member 7, with which the height of the heel can be adjusted by the operation of changing the setting between recesses and projections 6, 8, or by a screwing means is provided at the heel part between the inner bottom part of the shell body 1 and the inner boot 4, and skier's force is smoothly transmitted to skis, and thus it is possible for a skier to properly perform the operation of skiing and edging.
