To obtain a skin-cleansing agent capable of cleansing and moisturizing skins.

A skin-cleaning agent comprises a first agent containing a fatty acid or its soluble salt as a main agent, a second agent containing a metal salt capable of reacting with the fatty acid or its salt to insolubilize the fatty acid or its salt, and further containing a polyhydric alcohol as an auxiliary agent, and a humectant containing water-soluble collagen and an elastin aqueous solution as main components. The first agent is suitably coated on the skin surface including a face surface, and the second agent is subsequently coated on the first agent-coated surface. Both the first and second agents are mixed and rubbed on the skin surface. The moisturizing agent is further coated on the skin surface to moisturize the skin surface. Thereby, the skin of a living body can be cleansed and moisturized by the actions of the first agent, the second agent and the moisturizing agent.
