Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a skin external preparation containing a tranexamic acid amide, and having an excellent beautifully whitening effect and a skin roughness-preventing and improving effect.
CONSTITUTION: The skin external preparation contains at least one of a compound of formula I (R1, R2 are H, 1-18C linear or blanched alkyl, 5-8C cycloalkyl, benzyl, group of formula II; X is lower alkyl, lower alkoxy, OH, NH2, halogen; (n) is 0-3) and its salt, e.g. trans-4-aminomethylcyclohexane carboxamide, in an amount of 0.001-20wt.%, preferably 0.01-7wt.%, based on the total amount of the skin external preparation.
