PURPOSE: To obtain a skin material of a resin for preventing abnormal sound caused by friction between a vibrating part and another part by laminating a composition comprising a siloxane bond-containing carbonate-based polyurethane resin and spherical fine particle powder to the surface of a skin material of a resin.

CONSTITUTION: This skin material is obtained by laminating a composition comprising a siloxane bond-containing carbonate-based polyurethane resin such as a reaction product of a polyalkylsiloxane compound and a polyisocyanate and approximately spherical fine particle powder having preferably ≤5μm particle diameter and a refractive index resembling that of the carbonate-based polyurethane resin such as inorganic or organic fine particle powder to the surface of a skin material of a resin.
