Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly safe skin preparation for external use, having both an excellent beautifully whitening action and a skin aging-preventing action, capable of imparting a comprehensive beatifying effect to skin and scarcely irritating the skin.
SOLUTION: This skin preparation for external use contains the hydrolysate of a rice extract and one or more kinds of beautifully whitening agents selected from kojic acid and its derivatives, arbutin, ascorbic acid and its derivatives, ellagic acid, resorcinol derivatives, a placenta extract, a white mulberry root bark extract and a Saxifraga stolonifera extract.
