The head and neck part stimulation unit has: a casing (1); elastic and magnetic vibrating bodies (3, 4) whose both ends are clamped by the casing; and a bobbin (5) arranged side by side in the clamping direction to the vibrating bodies, around which a coil (5b) is wound. The vibrating body is sucked by the bobbin and elastically deformed in one of the clamping directions when the coil is energized, and is elastically deformed in the other direction opposite to the one direction by elastic force when energizing to the coil is stopped in the state of being elastically deformed in the one direction. For the vibrating body, suction to the bobbin is blocked by the elastic force of the vibrating body elastically deformed in the one direction.
