Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for urging a change in a sleeping posture without urging a posture change in the case of that sleep does not reach so deep sleep, or a person changes a sleeping posture only temporarily to an unpreferable posture during sleeping, when urging the person to change a posture from an unpreferable sleeping posture.SOLUTION: A sleeping posture change urging device includes: means for detecting a sleeping state of a person; means for detecting a sleeping posture of the person; and means for generating a signal urging the person to change a sleeping posture, and operates the signal generating means when the person is continuously in a sleeping state of a prescribed depth or more over a prescribed time, and has continuously a prescribed sleeping posture over a prescribed time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
