Abstract:
To provide a slide glass hybridization chamber excellent in thermal homogeneity, having high airtightness and easy to handle.
This slide glass hybridization chamber composed of aluminum comprises a lower chamber 100 which has a ditch 2 for storage of the slide glass for hybridization chamber and an elastic packing 8 inserted into a ditch 6 for fixing the packing formed along the outer periphery of the slide glass storage ditch, and an upper lid 110 having a stopper fixing ditch 14 formed along its periphery on the upper side.
