This sliding bearing has an upper shoe 1 capable of being attached to a lower face side of a superstructure body, a lower shoe 2 capable of being attached to an upper face side of a substructure body, and an elastic body 3 provided in the vertical direction between the upper shoe 1 and the lower shoe 2.
