PURPOSE: To shorten term of works while reducing cost for laying, and to improve accuracy in dimensions.
CONSTITUTION: For a block main body 13 mainly composed of coarse aggregates 11, fine aggregates 12 and cement, a flat cut face 14 is formed on the peripheral part on the surface on one side of the block main body 13. A fracture cleavage section 15 having unevenness is formed inside the cut face 14 with cleaved sections of the coarse aggregates 11 and the fine aggregates 12 formed to the fracture cleavage section 15. Because of uneven surface of the fracture cleavage section 15, the blocks provide moderate unevenness for the surface of a road when the blocks are laid as pavement all over the road, and the paved road surface can be prevented from becoming slippery. As the cleaved sections are formed by both the coarse aggregates 11 and the fine aggregates 12, the blocks become more decorative and available for being used as garden stones, walls or enclosures.
