Title:
SMALL PLANING BOAT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2716942
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make a crew in the water get on board in a hull by changing the shape of the hull.
CONSTITUTION: A recessed section 13 having the width sufficient for a trunk of a crew who enters the recessed section from a floor 12 is provided in a rear part of a sheet 11 on a deck 2 of a hull. The crew in the water can get on the floor 12 by putting his trunk on the recessed section 13. Moreover, since a hand rail 14 positioned above the recessed section 13 is provided on the deck 2, it becomes easy for the crew to get on the floor 12 from the recessed section 13 by grasping the hand rail 14 and pulling up his body when he gets on a planing boat out of the water in a rear part of the hull. Furthermore, since a bottom face of the recessed section 13 is lowered sufficiently to almost coincide with a draft line when the crew is not on board, it becomes easy for the crew in the water to put his trunk on the recessed section 13 and get on the floor 12.
