To provide a smoking room which can suppress smoking of a smoker.
This system is characterized by having; a smoker identification means to identify a smoker entering a smoking area; a use status grasping means to grasp a use status of this smoking area of the smoker identified by the smoker identification means; a determination means which determines whether the use status of the smoker concerned grasped by the use information grasping means reached a predetermined limit or approached or not; and a use restriction means which restricts use of the smoking area of the smoker concerned when the use status of the smoker concerned is determined to have reached or approached a predetermined limit by the determination means.
