The snow-melting device includes a heating means supplying a snow-melting calorie, a surface plate generating heat by the heating means, a reinforcing section supporting the surface plate and a power supply wire supplying the power to the heating means to involve a connection section, the heating means and the connection section are protected by the reinforcing section to enable the surface plate to set on the ground surface, the heating means of a plurality of snow-melting panels is connected to the power supply wire with the connection section to enable the snow-melting panels to set over a wide range. The excellent snow-melting performance is realized by a small volume of power consumption and, at the same time, the snow-melting device reducing an installation working time can be provided.
