To provide a snow melting road unit which is applicable to different distances and different shapes of an installation place.

The snow melting road unit 10 is formed of a road surface section 20 having an inclined road surface 22 on which water flows, and a sprinkler 30 for sprinkling water to a road surface 22 of the road surface section. The road surface section 20 is made of a stainless steel or a cured resin. The road surface 22 is gently curved such that a lateral central area is the highest, and passengers walks on the same. In the figure, the road surface 22 is a smooth plane, but it may be a surface where anti-skid asperities are formed. The road surface section 20 has water collecting gutters 24 arranged on downstream sides of the road surface 22 (on water flow downstream sides of the road surface 22). The water collecting gutters 24 function to collect water that has been sprinkled on the road surface 22 and flowed on the same. Herein the road surface section 20 is unitarily formed with the water collecting gutters 24, but the former may be separately formed from the latter.
