An upper end of a well hole 2 formed in a permeation and filtration layer 21 is in contact with a bottom part of a snow melting vessel 1 with an inlet 11 for feeding removed snow 11a and a submerged pump 3 is installed in the well hole 2 reaching an underground aquifer, and underground water containing partially circulating water is flowed into snow melting piping 4 and the snow melting piping 4 is connected with an annular shower pipe 5 for melting snow in the snow melting vessel 1 in the snow melting system utilizing underground water heat.
