Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the soft magnetic thin film having low coercive force and high satd. magnetic flux density by forming the soft magnetic thin film consisting of Co, Ni and Fe and specifying the ratio of the peak strength of the face centered cubic (200) face and the peak strength of a face-centered cubic (111) face.
CONSTITUTION: The soft magnetic thin film containing Co, Ni and Fe, consisting of the face-centered cubic and having the relation of 0.1≤I(200)/I(111)≤0.2 when the peak strength of the face-centered cubic (200) face is I(200) and the peak strength of the face-centered cubic (111) face is I(111) in X-ray diffraction is formed by an electrical plating. And the composition ratio of the soft magnetic thin film is 28-75wt.% Co, 16-60wt.% Ni and 9-42wt.%. In this way, the soft magnetic thin film having ≤0.5Oe coercive force and ≥13KG satd. magnetic flux density is obtained.
