Abstract:
To generate sufficient negative ions to exhibit the effect of strengthening or claming mind in a normal state, and generate a number of negative ions on slight impact when used in cleaning, for secure and sufficient effect of surface activity and health promotion.
A surface of a scrub brush body layer 2 with a water-absorbing and cushioning properties is formed with a negative ion generating layer 3 composed by dispersing and mixing a powdered-granulated negative ion generating substance 3a and wave induction substance 3b, and a surface of the negative ion generating layer 3 is provided with a skin layer 4 composed of a material excellent in negative ion permeability and impact resistance.
