At the time of installing the software or the like, the keyword of the function information of the software is registered to a function management table 1 together with a software name. When a user feeds the keyword of work that he/she wants to perform, by retrieving the function management table 1, displaying the list of target software and activating the software selected by the user from it, the user easily activates the target software.
