Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To settle bad influence caused by distortion of an injection pipe with injection reaction force, make difficult the damage in an ultrasonic wave sensor facilitate the specification of a measuring direction in a cutting area and to make it possible to ensure a required diameter of land formation to reduce a sludge disposal cost.
SOLUTION: In a soil improvement method, a leading pipe 12 and an injection pipe 5 are pulled up as a unit while making a turning drive, the peripheral soil is cut with a turning jet of bentonite sludge W to be injected and air A, and when a cutting area 11 is formed, a sludge moving hole 20a is formed in a planned cutting area 11a, at the same time, the leading pipe 12 is inserted up to the target depth in the central part of the planned cutting area 11a, and the injection pipe 5 is made to pass through the inside of the leading pipe 12 to constitute so as to make it possible to make a turning drive as a unit. After soil in the planned cutting area 11a is cut off, the injection pipe 5 is pulled out from the leading pipe 12, and cut sludge H in the cutting area 11 is discharged to the ground through the sludge moving hole 20a while grouting grout through the leading pipe 12 to drive.
